Question
Additional storage pricing for managed database
I see that the managed databases includes storage in the pricing, but what if you need more storage than that? I don’t see anything about additional storage, and that is a requirement for me.

Hi @OrdinaryJellyfish! In our currently release of Managed Databases, each service is limited by the included storage amount. The only way to scale storage is the scale your database service to a larger size. We are investigating options to allow storage scale independent of the the primary service later in the year.
@abearfield just want to add a “me too” to this. This is currently the only thing holding us back from managed databases. Hopefully you all can get it added!
@abearfield , Thumbs up for this!
@abearfield +1 (that would like a different selector for disk size separate from the node size)
@abearfield This is a much needed feature. 👍
+1 here as well
+1 we also need more disk space to migrate to this service
Vote on this feature if you see this and want it please.

Another vote for this feature.
Another vote with sorrow that it’s not yet available
A year and a half later, and still not implemented.
@abearfield, do you know where we’re at with this?
Hi, please this is a much needed feature. I am testing Digital Ocean but I will need much more disk in our database (not RAM or processor) or we will need to move to Google Cloud instead.
Thanks
