After a couple of minutes the status of a droplet is still new

When I create a droplet via the API, even after a couple of minutes when I retrieve its status via droplet.find(id).status, it’s still “new”, not “active”. In my dashboard it’s green.

Why isn’t it active?

Please open a ticket with our support team so they can assist you. Unfortunately in this community forum nobody has the access to see your droplet, it’s event logs and any errors that may have occurred.
