What is the reason for this report?

After getting paid through PayPal. My account is stuck at reviewing your account. It's been 14 hours but still same problem.

I paid through PayPal and then the next screen says we are reviewing your account.

Yeah, it’s back to normal. I recommend you to backup your site data. If anything goes wrong. Write them email. They will tell you that it’s a manual process for security and service. After 3-4 days they will tell you that they haven’t heard from you then rpl them that you still facing the problem. And may be then they will bring back your account to normal.
