after installing Laravel is showing index.php page in search ip on webpage

This question is a follow-up to this tutorial:

after installing Laravel and enter my ip on browser is showing the information (‘Hello World’)in index.php page. I’ve tried to change index.php to index.html but still not show Laravel on webpage. How can I know whether Laravel has installed or is running?

You need to make sure that you’ve specified the correct document root in your Nginx server block.

For example, if you’ve installed Laravel at /var/www/travellist, in your Nginx server block you should have the following specified:

    root /var/www/travellist/public;
