What is the reason for this report?

after the recovery can not log in

Hallo,

I ran the recovery of Cloud and after I restarted. Now I can not connect with Putty. Please what should I do?

It’s not entirely clear what you’re asking. Did you mount the recovery kernel in the control panel?

If so, you need to power off your droplet in the control panel:

and then re-enable your original kernel:
