Question

Ajenti problem

Posted February 11, 2014 2.6k views
Hi, I installed Ajenti following the tutorial https://www.digitalocean.com/community/articles/how-to-install-ajenti-control-panel-on-ubuntu-13-04. I used ubuntu 12.04 but changed the 'echo "deb http://repo.ajenti.org/debian main main debian" >> /etc/apt/sources.list' to 'echo "deb http://repo.ajenti.org/debian main main ubuntu" >> /etc/apt/sources.list' So ajenti is installed, but I can't install any packages or change my password. If I even go to the configure page, the application blocks. I am fairly new at this server stuff, but I guess this has probably something to do with files that don't have the right permissions or something. Any ideas? thank you!

Try using the repo which can be found here on a new 12.04 droplet: http://support.ajenti.org/topic/349868-installing-on-ubuntu/
