now I deployed I project on Ubunto 16.04 LEMP
when I use mail() in php any mails send to spam in gmail or yahoo
any configure I do to solve this problem thank's *

This is usually because mail providers are told you're not authenticated which is usually an spf record.
You can use https://www.mail-tester.com/ to see why your emails might be treated as spam and you can work with that to finally resolve your problem.
