All port was closed in my droplet

I checked ufw and iptables. But i can’t run ssh root@ip, and telnet [ip] 22. All ports I opened before can’t access.

Are you using custom Cloud Firewall rules by any chance? This can often be forgotten and then run into a similar situation.

Hi @jetjokers24895,

When you checked UFW and IPtables what were the results, can you post them now? As for the SSH, check your journal once you are in your Droplet to see what’s going on:

  1. journalctl -xe

As to how to enter your Droplet, you can use the recovery console until you resolve your issue:
