×ClamAV is a common antivirus tool. You can install it by running:
sudo apt-get install clamav clamav-daemon
To update the virus definition database, run: freshclam To scan a directory, run
clamscan /path/to/files
Though, my question to you would be what exactly you are trying to protect yourself from? Viruses are probably not the biggest risk to your server. One of the best things you can do to protect your server is to disable password access and only use SSH keys. Check out:

Yes, I have Web / Mail and FTP running in same CentOS server but the question is, is AntiVirus needed ?? I mean for Servers, I guess firewall and such is more important right ??
Yes it can be right. But then come what type of Firewall i should use? Special when i dont have so match skill around that sort of thing.

@hunky I personally am not running any antivirus programs on my servers. I don’t really see that as an attack vector that I need to be worried about. If I was running a proper mail server that others used, I’d set up Amavis to pass the mail through ClamAV before sending it on. That’s less to do with the server being vulnerable then the end users local machine.

It may be able to help you identify what files need to be removed, but it’s mainly for detecting issues rather than fixing them.
run this:
sudo apt-get –purge remove clamav clamav-base clamav-daemon clamav-freshclam libclamav2
