Any Kubernetes Native or Digitalocean way to add existing droplet to kubernetes cluser?

Creating kubernetes cluster screen creates a new node pool & seems there is no way to add existing droplet

While this is true, it is by design. As our Kubernetes offering is a managed service, there are special considerations to be made pertaining to the software on a worker node and it’s configuration that differ from what is on an existing droplet. It technically could be possible to add an existing droplet to a cluster but we would need to understand what the use case would be. Kubernetes worker nodes should be treated as ephemeral, with the ability to be replaced at any time without adversely affecting the cluster. In the case of most droplets this would not be the case.
