Especially with the release of 3.6.0, Alpine Linux would be a great addition to the list of supported linux distributions. Is there any way to add this as an experimental feature or something?

Looks like they stopped using UserVoice and switched to an internal system. For anyone else that finds this, please go vote (gray vote count in the upper left) on the ideas page: https://ideas.digitalocean.com/ideas/DO-I-1689
Out of a suddenly, my website shows error that it failed to connect to database without us doing anything. I quickly tried to ssh into the server, it shows timeout. Then i try to login to digital ocean portal and click the database droplet, it shows "Backup is processing...". However, the progress bar is not moving and i didn't initiate the backup (guess it is the auto backup).
I have no way of restarting the server from there. I can't access it at all. Tried creating a support ticket. It has bean half an hour and no reply from the customer service yet. Anyway to contact them faster??? My website has been down for more than half an hour...
I have a WordPress site that currently uses the Offload Media plugin to move thousands of images to an AWS S3 bucket. I have my DNS hosted by Cloudflare and use their CDN and have a CNAME entry that points to my S3 bucket.
I want to use Digital Ocean Spaces instead of the S3 bucket. The Offload Media plugin renames the URL of all my images to cdn.domainname.com, the S3 bucket is called cdn.domainname.com, and the CNAME pointer on Cloudflare points to the cdn.domainname.com.aws.bucketname.com.
I've created a Space called domainname-com and can change the CNAME pointer to the Spaces endpoint name (not using Spaces CDN) so that the CNAME points to Spaces bucket with images. IF Offload Media continues to create URL's for the images that same as it does today (i.e. cdn.domainname.com/directory/imagename.jpg - 1) will this work? and 2) will Google SEO not notice that the bucket has changed since the URL naming is the same?
I'm trying to create droplets for other accounts, through the API, that have given my application oauth access.
I want to use a snapshot or image that exists on my account - is that possible?
I have some droplets that I'd like to ensure this never inadvertently happens (e.g. some intern etc.).
Somewhat like the feature on Amazon EC2 instances.
Does this feature exist, or are there any plans to introduce it?
