I am trying to install web server to Ubuntu, should i use Apache Tomcat 7 or Apache 2?

It all depend on what you host.
Apache is mostly a http server
Tomcat is a mostly servlet and JSP server
So, are you hosting a jsp/servlet application or a html/php application?
