Apache2 libs on a LEMP stack ? Part of standard UBUNTU or something ?

Posted on June 7, 2016

When I do : apt-cache pkgnames | grep apache on my LEMP stack, I get this a whole list of apache2 related ‘lib’ entries … just would like to know what they are doing on a pure LEMP stack …

Hi!

apt-cache pkgnames outputs a list of all the packages that are available in the APT repos that you have in your Droplet, including ones that are not installed on your Droplet.

If you want to get a list of all installed packages on your system, run dpkg --get-selections.
