I have these apps deployed on the app platform and added them a custom domain, some resolved status to “Active” but some stuck on “Configuring” status, tried to removed some CNAME for app platform custom domain from the DNS hosted on cloudflare just to know if CNAME has limitation but to no avail, still same issue. Tried creating new app via app platform and attached custom domain and then add to cloudflare DNS as CNAME but still stuck on “configuring” status. Any idea, help?

Hey @stuartscott,
In most cases, DNS changes can take time to propagate, often up to 48 hours. If the change was recent, it might be worth waiting a bit longer.
Besides that, I could also suggest checking that the DNS records (especially CNAME) are set up correctly according to DigitalOcean’s docs here:
https://docs.digitalocean.com/products/app-platform/how-to/manage-domains/#option-2
If it has been over 48 hours since you made the DNS change, and the CNAME record is added correctly, please reach out to the DigitalOcean support team who will be able to further investigate this for you:
Hope that helps!
