#sudo rc.d start php-fpm
produces the following error:
:: Daemon script php-fpm does not exist or is not executable.
What am I missing? The pacman -S php-fpm produces no errors.

I have the same issue on my machine. The issue is that Archlinux is moving away from initscripts to systemd and therefore the initscripts has been dropped. https://projects.archlinux.org/svntogit/packages.git/commit/trunk?h=packages/php&id=1e758c72707253d4413beb6684919e0b1a4f2021 <br> <br>I haven’t solved the issue on my machine yet, but someone suggested the following guide: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Systemd
Erm, https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Systemd#Transitioning_from_initscripts_to_systemd seems even better. :-)
Most likely an issue with php-fpm not being install, retry the installation and see if there are any errors. <br> <br>If there are you can paste them here and we can try to help you troubleshoot it.
