Why are the daily backups not run … daily? The best I get is 3 days between backups up to 7 days.

They’re not daily backups, as you have noticed. <br>What are you concerned about backing up daily - databases? That’s easy enough to do. I have a script that runs daily to dump my databases to local files which are then copied to off-site storage. Works great, lasts a long time.
I already have a job running for database off-site backup. <br>I need a daily backup of the files and media I’m hosting (25Gb and growing, too big to ship daily). <br> <br>I will script this part too, at least for a subset of these files. <br>
