bad customer service!!
I do not know why the customer service team do not follow up with me,
yesterday I requested a manual ID verification.
I sent him the photos and did not get a respond if the photos are accepted or not
this is the ticket no [Ticket #2892766] ID verification, connection lost
although I told him that I urgently need the VPS service.
my work is negatively affected by this irresponsible delay!
