What is the reason for this report?

Bandwidth and Digital Ocean Mirror

Since the updates and program installs got through a digital ocean mirror, does that count against you in the bandwidth?

Currently we do not monitor bandwidth use or enforce those limits. Technically once we do begin metering bandwidth use, anything going over the public network would be charged. I have not heard whether we will exempt mirrors.digitalocean.com from those limits once we begin charging for overages but I would assume that we will.
