How long do I get to pay a bill once an invoice is issued? Or if it's automatic how long do I get if my credit card doesn't approve?

It's automatic—your CC gets billed at the end of each month. If the payment is declined by your bank, you will be notified via email and given a couple of weeks to sort it out.
