Billing VPN CentOS

Can i install open vpn on the hosting server, is there any additional price for this? Please explain the difference between your plans and the conventional monthly flat rate hosting products from service providers like godaddy and Hostgator.

If you have or buy a Droplet (Digitalocean Virtual Server), you can do your own installation of OpenVPN (VPN Server).
