billing questions

hi guys,

questions:

my balance only go down on the first of each month right, its not like if i have a droplet of 2$/h i get discounted 2 bucks per hour off my balance/credit? the invoice only at 1st of month, and that’s when the balance go down only?

how can i get my $5 PayPal back if i do not want to use more droplets and get a refund? disabling my account perhaps?

Heya,

DigitalOcean billing cycles are monthly. Your account balance accrues over the course of the calendar month based on the cost of the resources you use. We are also required by law to apply taxes for certain countries.
