I have installed as per a tutorial, but I am getting a blank page when I am loading info.php and myphpadmin why?
My Droplet is CentOs 7.

I would recommend checking the following things:
Make sure that your file permissions are set correctly so that your Apache service has the correct rights for reading your files
Check your Apache error log and see if there is any information there
Enable PHP error logging in order to see if there are actually any errors

Usually this error is experienced when you have some errors in your code or the Apache service can’t open some files due to them having wrong permissions.
I’ll recommend one of the following steps to pinpoint the issue
** Check if the phpMyAdmin folder has the proper permissions/ownership. If not change them. Having said that, enabling it’s error log should display the exact error.
As soon as you know what is the error experienced, you can act on it and resolve it.
