I am looking for an option to block single IPs in the Cloud Firewall, is this possible?

Unfortunately, this isn’t possible with the cloud firewall. You are welcome to suggest this as an idea on our product ideas board: https://ideas.digitalocean.com/
You may, however, be able to achieve an IP block within your Droplet itself depending on the operating system that you are running :)
