Guys, I need some help. Has anyone ever pointed a brazilian domain (.com.br) successfully to a droplet? When I try to use DigitalOcean´s server addresses (ns1.digitalocean.com, ns2.digitalocean.com, ns3.digitalocean.com), my registrar returns an error: Query Refused. Has anyone had this problem before? If so, what do I have to do?

You can type !ref in this text area to quickly search our full set of tutorials, documentation & marketplace offerings and insert the link!
We’ve seen this come up a couple of times in most cases you need to get the domain added to our nameservers and have it resolve there before your registrar will allow you to update your nameservers.

It’s a safety precaution on their part to ensure that when you provide nameservers that those nameservers actually respond for your domain and return a record.
