Ok so after all the crashes last week, we’ve figured that the following command is CRASHING the websites:
sudo apt get update
That’s a problem as even I know we have to run this command.
We are stumped can anyone help?

Ok so we’ve fixed it. We were able to run the sudo update and it worked (the websites resolved cheaptextbooks dot com etc.).
I am 90%+ sure the issue was due to logging in on the wrong ip.
