Hello. I am want to buy a domain name for my website. I am just wondering if I can buy it here or some where else? And which websites that I can buy domains and works with digitalocean?

Digitalocean does not sell domain names. You will need to purchase one from a domain registrar like GoDaddy, namescheap.com etc…
You can get free domains from Freenom if your looking to just play and test things out with minimal costs.
