Cacti Server remote Monitor

I have the Cacti Server Monitor installed on my web server. But i have a new VPS that i wont to monitor to. How should i set this up right?

Without some more details, it’s a bit hard to help you. Are there any specific problems you’ve run into? What have you tried so far?
