Can I download audios on to any folder using a python script (using PyTube). I am getting permission errors while doing so. What can I do to solve it?

Are you running pytube as root? If not, you need to chown the directory you’re downloading to, so that it is owned by the user you are executing the script as. So, for example, if your user is “username” and your directory /home/username, you need:
sudo chown -R username. /home/username
