I recently learned and adopted Github. My problem is that my development servers use the name KidsClub for the project name, the repo name and the root directory of the project.
My DO production server includes an SSL certificate. It was installed by hand long before I used Github. The default root project directory Apache delivers is “var/www/html”. I discovered to my cost that you can not clone a repo into a production server that has an established SSL cert with a wholly different root project name.
So - what should I do? Delete my existing cert and apply a new one? or can you easily edit what you have.
Many Thanks for all your help.
