Can I have my own subnet?

I would like to create two or more machines (droplets?), have them all in the same subnet, and not have anyone else’s machines in that subnet. I don’t mind how small the subnet is. Can I do that at DigitalOcean?

Greg.

No there’s no truly private lan at the moment. There’s a request for it here:

  • Okay, fair enough. I’m glad there is a request for that feature in future. We would likely take advantage of it if it becomes available at the right time.

    Cheers,
    Greg.
