I develop Phalcon based site. As every body may be know Phalcon is C++ based framework that work when on Apache server is loaded special Phalcon module.
So i think on that:
It is possible to restrict Apache to load this module only for domain in my Droplet where will be host Phalcon based project and have another domain in the same Droplet that will host normal site written in pure PHP
And is Yes how can i do this?
Thanks allot :)

To host a Phalcon site alongside of a normal PHP site on a single Droplet , you’ll need to set up separate Apache Virtual Hosts to direct requests to the correct domains. Check out this tutorial for all the information:

The Apache web server is the most popular way to serve web content on the internet. Apache has the ability to serve multiple domains from a single server by using a mechanism called "virtual hosts". If a virtual host is configured correctly for each domain, the web server can correctly route traffic to the appropriate files based on the domain name requested. In this guide, we'll demonstrate how to configure Apache virtual hosts on an Ubuntu 14.04 VPS.
