Hi, this is a pre-sales question. I have a client that requires a custom command line tool which I call from PHP to perform certain functions on their site. Do droplets allow installation of custom command line tools? Thx.

The Droplets are a VPS (I’m sure you know) But short of physically touching the system you can do almost anything you want.
@jibran - Yes indeed :). You have root access to the server from the start, so you’re free to configure it as you please and install whatever software and/or scripts you may need to get the job done. The only limits are with the kernel (you’re currently limited to the Kernels provided by DO or the ones that come stock with the OS / come through from updates).
