Hello, I have a website hosted in a VPS running Ubuntu 14.05 and Nginx and I was wondering is it possible to get for my website Let’s Encrypt SSL Certificate while keeping using CloudFlare services.

I found this note on this guide https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/how-to-secure-nginx-with-let-s-encrypt-on-ubuntu-16-04 :
Note: If your domain is routing through a DNS service like CloudFlare, you will need to temporarily disable it until you have obtained the certificate.
perhaps it can give you some info and how to do it.
If you’re using Let’s Encrtypt on your server you’ll be able to use Cloudflare Full SSL (Restrict) mode. But CloudFlare will mask Let’s Encrtypt certificate. Meaning it Let’s Encrtypt certificate will not publicly available.
If you want to use custom certificate instead of Cloudflare issued shared certificates, you’ll need to upgrade your CloudFlare account to business plan.
