I am working on a script that builds an app starting with creating the droplet with a curl command. At the moment I am going to the dashboard after each run and manually deleting the previous droplet. Can this be done via script without DOCTL? like if exists $droplet_id delete droplet ??

Hello, @jefftully
You can use the DigitalOcean API to create and delete droplets via CURL requests.
You can check the official docs here:
https://docs.digitalocean.com/reference/api/api-reference/#operation/create_droplet
https://docs.digitalocean.com/reference/api/api-reference/#operation/destroy_droplet
Hope that this helps! Regards, Alex
