My website allows users to upload files, in the long term, storage will be full or over 16TB in one day. I am wondering if SSD storage can be scaled up over 16TB or more?

At the moment you can only use up to 16TB with block storage. You may want to look into a system that allows you to use more than one Droplet for storage.
I had a similar situation on one of my projects. I had one server for front end and multiple backend servers for storage. When providing users download links to files, it checks the database for server and provide a link such as dl5.example.com/file-name.zip
@jameslam dos you solve this? I have a similar problem. I have a volume with my mongodb data and I don’t know what yo do when I reach the 16tb
