Can I use a referral code after making an account?

I’ve had this account for a while but I recently got student perks from GitHub and wanted to use a referral code they listed. Is it possible so use a referral code since I haven’t used one yet and if so how?

Hi @dmconklin84, I don’t think that this is possible. The referral codes only work for new accounts.

Unfortunately the referral code can be used when creating your account in first place.
