We are thinking of using Digital Ocean’s managed Redis services. We were just wondering if we can use manage the queues on it.

This is a good question, because I know this is not mentioned in the official documentation. You can manage the queues on the Redis servers and I believe you will be satisfied with the service itself.
The only thing that people usually don’t like is that you can’t switch Redis Persistence off due to performance reasons.
