I’m considering DBaaS i.e. MongoDB Atlas and wondering if this can be used with DigitalOcean? Appears only compatible with GCP / AWS / Azure…?
Thanks!

Currently it looks like it cannot since Atlas integrates the API calls to create nodes on the cloud you select. To the best of my knowledge the only thing preventing this from being an open is MongoDB choosing to implement our API along the others that are supported.
Hi,
I have a small application that has been running for a long time with mlab and just a simple mongo_uri for the connection.
Now mlab has been “absorbed” by mongoDB Atlas and I am forced to migrate. After making some changes and reviewing my code I have arrived here.
There is still no integration with Digital Ocean? Do you know any alternative? Is there updated documentation about this problem?
Thanks!
Yes, it can MongoDb atlas can be accessed in Digital Ocean. Refer this link as
