Hey friend,

Sorry to hear about the trouble you’re experiencing. I’m not seeing anything on this side. Looks like you were getting through to our network fine, but the droplet was not responding to your requests. Are you running any firewall-based applications on the droplet that might have locked out your IP for a period of time? Things like fail2ban or CSF are most often cited in such scenarios, in my experience.

    Hi Jarland,

    Thanks for your reply. After a little investigation I got an answer, the IP was blocked in Russia on not clear reason, so node located on Russian servers and leader in DO got communication cutting. The fact of blocking is work for my attorney. Also, I’ve learned multiple IP owned by DO are blocked too. So, I’m more than sure the problem touched many customers of DO. Also, I’ve tried to use Floating IP, and… ooopps all floating IPs are blocked in Russia too.
