is there any way so we can get sql file ..

1 Answer

A sql file can be exported from a running MySQL instance by:

1.) Log in via ssh (on Windows you can use a client like PuTTY

2.) Run the following command, providing your MySQL root password when it’s requested.

mysqldump -uroot -p your_db_name > export.sql

You can now use SFTP or another method to download the export.sql file.

PuTTY is an open-source SSH and Telnet client for Windows. It allows you to securely connect to remote servers from a local Windows computer. This tutorial will cover how to connect to your Droplet from your local Windows computer using PuTTY.
