Linux Basics Ubuntu Apache Deployment

Hey, I’m trying to install apache, sql etc, but it seems that the server is downloading from an incorrect place. instead of downloading from digital ocean it’s downloading from “digitaloceran”. Is this a typo on the devs part or am I missing something?

E: Failed to fetch http://mirrors.digitalocean.com/ubuntu/pool/main/s/ssl-cert/ssl-cert_1.0.33_all.deb Could not resolve 'lon1.mirrors.digitaloceran.com'

problem seems to have solved itself, weird

Hi. This looks like a typo on DigitalOcean’s side. You should open a support ticket for them to let them know.

For now, you might try using a different data center.

  • That is correct. This typo existed in the system for a few minutes earlier today but was caught and corrected immediately.
