In the past, I’ve been able to do both but recently I cannot connect to my droplet via SSH or FTP. I can only connect via Console Access in my DigitalOcean Control Panel. I’ve tried power cycling the droplet and rebuilding the droplet from an image. Attempting to connect via FTP it times out. Anyone know any solutions to this problem?

I had a similar problem, Turns out I had enabled the Firewall and ports were not open for SSH.
It turns out the problem was caused by setting up Cloudflare. I can now SSH with the IP instead of the domain.
