I don’t remember the exact date but about 10 - 12 days ago I got a droplet and installed Ubuntu 20.04. After installation with XRDP, I was connecting without any problem, but after a while (5 - 7 days) Remote Desktop on my Windows stopped connecting. Then I thought it was related to Ubuntu’s XRDP service and reset my droplet and installed windows, but I still can’t connect to my droplet with Remote Desktop. I am connecting with Recovery Console without any problem.
The error I get is as follows:
Remote Desktop can’t connect to the remote computer for one of these reasons:

Same problem. I tried with the snapshot and it works and after 1 day again same can’t connect again I take snapshot of same droplet and create new one with the snapshot and again able to connect to the droplet via rdp but again 1 day, can’t connect. What is going on. I don’t understand. Need help.
Hello @adorablelightseagreenyacht
If the XRDP service is running fine, you can examine the logs for any error messages.
Also does the RDP-client timeout on connection or there is an error message? You can additionally try with different RDP-client to check if the issue comes from the client itself.
