I connect to my Droplet just fine everyday but now I’m connecting and winscp just says “Searching for host…” and then says “Connection timed out”.
I did not do any updates to the server, no nothing. I have a root password and a SSH key that only I own so no one could’ve entered the server and the server is up cause I can acces it with the VNC Console and all of my projects on there are still working

What I would do is, enter using the Web Console and see if everything is working properly. By properly, see if your IP is not actually blocked, that your Network is active and that you can reach the outside world from the droplet(maybe do a ping inside it).
If any of the above don’t work, I’ll suggest contacting DigitalOcean’s great support. They will be more than happy to assist you in this matter :
