Can’t login in the droplet. Tried to access it via ssh client but I can’t even connect to it. I tried with the web-based console - again can’t connect. When I type the username and the password nothing happens. It just shows again the login Linux screen. When trying to SSH to my droplet’s IP 178.62.224.82 then it just times out. Nothing happens - can’t even enter username to login.
I emailed support yesterday but no answer. Then posted ticket 4+ hours ago and now Google’d that it’s suggested to post here for faster answers.

Hi there @kaspar,
Sorry for the very delayed response here!
In our public community, we aim to answer open questions about anything SysAdmin, DigitalOcean and beyond. However, we make every attempt to keep personal information safe and so don’t ever access personal account information here. This means we can’t provide help with any account or billing-related issues.
I’m hoping that you’ve now managed to get this resolved, but if not, do you have a ticket number from when you contacted our support/abuse team so that I can get this followed up for you?
Hope that helps! - Matt.
