Can't resolve to host

I attempted to install this

curl -sS | sudo php – –install-dir=/usr/local/bin –filename=composer

I get this error in the following:

Hi there @tyler945,

In the screenshot you’ve provided, you have run curl -sS > sudo php -- --install-dir=/usr/local/bin --filename=composer.

What you need to run, as you’ve stated in your question, is curl -sS | sudo php -- --install-dir=/usr/local/bin --filename=composer.

Notice that the > has become |.

Running that should then correctly install composer for you.
