I attempted to install this curl -sS https://getcomposer.org/installer | sudo php – --install-dir=/usr/local/bin --filename=composer

curl -sS https://getcomposer.org/installer | sudo php -- --install-dir=/usr/local/bin --filename=composer.Notice that the
>has become|.Running that should then correctly install composer for you. For more information about getting composer installed, you can read the documentation on their site: https://getcomposer.org/download/
