Hi we want to install two databases on one droplet and one should be master and other as slave. Is it possible? Please suggest.

In theory it should be possible however it will most certainly not be the best idea. You can check the following article as how to do it - HERE.
I don’t recommend it though, it certainly better to have them separated on different droplets. If you are looking to lower the expenses, the above method will not work as it requires almost the equal amount of RAM and CPU as the standard way - 1 Master and 1 Slave droplets. Additionally,the server experiencing issues will cause problems with both mysql instances
