What is the reason for this report?

Cancelled Spaces trial still being charged $5 a month

Am I the only one who canceled the Spaces trial last December (before it ended) and am still being charged $5 a month? I have no spaces - all deleted. Says I have no Spaces when I go to the Spaces page. This month I’m told I need to go into Spaces settings to cancel! Why wasn’t I told this in December? or last month? I wonder how many people with larger bills than I have don’t even notice this…

I have exactly the same problem. Cancelled before trial ended, but got charged the next month.
