Cannot connect to the server for a long time!

For a very long time, our website, failed to connect to the server. It said:

An error occurred. Sorry, the page you are looking for is currently unavailable. Please try again later.

If you are the system administrator of this resource then you should check the error log for details.

The server is returning Error 502 (Bad Gateway), which means that you are using a load balancer, proxy, or something of that type and it is receiving an invalid response or no response. Reasons could relate to firewalls, DNS, or your webserver could be down. Try checking NGINX’s error log as the message recommends as well as the error logs of your other webservers.
